To provide a detailed Comparative Market Analysis (CMA), I would ask to be invited to your home, meet with you to discuss your situation, check your home for structural quality, floor plan, decorating and landscaping then prepare a hard copy CMA. This hard copy CMA includes: a number of Current Listings in your immediate area; a number of recent Sales in your immediate area; a Suggested List Price for your home; an Estimated Sale Price for your home; Marketing Strategies and tips on how to prepare your home for marketing and for 'showings'. Once I have completed the CMA I will set up an appointment with you to discuss the Pricing and Marketing of your home, suggesting (if desired) some issues (staging) that should be addressed to make the Sale of your home quicker and for more money.
